Frequently Asked Questions

Everything families ask us most — about enrolling, our Spanish immersion approach, tuition, daily life, and how we keep your child safe and cared for.

Enrollment & Admissions

How does the waitlist work?+

Availability varies by location and age group. When a program is full we keep a waitlist and reach out as spaces open. We recommend joining early — our Spanish immersion programs are in high demand. You can join the waitlist online anytime.

Can I tour before applying?+

Yes. We encourage families to schedule a personalized tour first. You can visit the classrooms, meet teachers, and experience our warm, home-like environment before deciding.

What documents do I need to enroll?+

Enrollment is a simple, guided process: initial contact, a tour, enrollment paperwork, a virtual meet-and-greet with teachers, and an in-person visit with your child. Our team will walk you through the specific forms for your location.

Curriculum & Language

Does my child need to know Spanish?+

Not at all. No prior Spanish is required. Children are surrounded by Spanish throughout the day through play, songs, meals, and routine, so language is absorbed naturally at their own pace.

What does a typical day look like?+

Days balance play-based learning, circle time, meals and snacks, outdoor time, rest, and hands-on activities like art, music, and cooking — all in a Spanish immersion setting. You can view a sample daily schedule on our Daily Schedule page.

How is immersion taught to infants?+

With our youngest learners, Spanish is introduced gently through soft-spoken stories, songs, and everyday caregiving interactions, building a secure, loving foundation for language and development.

Tuition & Fees

What's included in tuition?+

Tuition covers your child’s full program — Spanish immersion curriculum, daily care, and activities. Rates vary by age group and location (in-home vs. center). Contact us for current rates for your location.

Do you offer sibling discounts?+

We do our best to support families with more than one child enrolled. Please contact us to discuss current options for your family.

Is financial assistance available?+

Some locations partner with Preschool Promise, which provides free, high-quality preschool to eligible families. Reach out and we can help you understand what may be available at your location.

Daily Life & Policies

What are your hours?+

Hours are designed to fit working-family schedules and vary slightly by location. Contact your preferred campus for its specific drop-off and pick-up windows.

How do you handle potty training?+

Our teachers partner with families to support potty training with patience and consistency, following each child’s readiness and your approach at home.

What's your sick-day policy?+

To keep every child healthy, we ask that children stay home when they are contagious or unwell. Specific guidelines are shared during enrollment.

Safety & Staff

What are your teacher-to-child ratios?+

We keep low ratios so every child gets real attention, meeting or exceeding Oregon requirements for each age group. Contact us for the specific ratio at your location.

Are staff background-checked?+

Yes. Our caregivers are carefully selected and vetted, and many have been with us for years, providing the consistency and trust young children need.

Are you licensed and accredited?+

Our center-based campuses are licensed childcare facilities. We’re happy to share the licensing details for your specific location — just ask.
