Getting Started
At Casita Azul, we make joining our program a smooth, personalized, and welcoming experience. Our goal is to ensure that every family feels supported, informed, and excited about becoming part of our community. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Initial Contact
When you send us an email or inquiry, our Engagement Specialist will reach out to answer any initial questions and guide you through the next steps.
2. Schedule a Tour
We’ll invite you for a personalized tour of our program, where you’ll learn about our philosophy, curriculum, and bilingual immersion approach. This is a great opportunity to see our classrooms in action, meet some of our staff, and get a feel for our warm, home-like environment.
3. Enrollment Paperwork
If you decide to join our program, we’ll send you all necessary paperwork and enrollment forms. You’ll have time to review, ask questions, and ensure you have all the information you need before completing your enrollment.
4. Virtual Meet & Greet
Once paperwork is finalized, we’ll schedule a virtual meeting where you’ll connect with teachers and staff. During this session, we’ll go over schedules, daily routines, important policies, allergies, and any specific needs for your child.
5. In-Person Meet & Greet
During our in-person meet and greet, you’ll have the chance to come visit our school and bring your child along. They’ll get to explore the space, meet the staff, and start getting comfortable in the environment. It’s also a great time for you to drop off all of your child’s belongings so everything is ready for their first day.
